Pokahnights VZW

Benelux poker players know Pokahnights mainly as the largest live poker club in Belgium. The club is managed by Pokahnights VZW. This is an organization whose social goal is to market poker in a correct way and to make poker accessible to a wide audience.The Benelux Online Super Series are the second project of Pokahnights VZW that will contribute to the realization of its social goal.

General terms and conditions

1. Introduction

By participating in the Benelux Online Super Series competition (hereinafter "BOSS") offered at BeneluxOnlineSuperSeries.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter "Conditions"). The BOSS is managed by Pokahnights, based in Antwerp, Belgium.

2. Jurisdiction

The BOSS is open only to persons 21 years of age or older, residing in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Participation

Participation in the BOSS is through live and online events. Online events take place on a licensed online poker platform. Players must register and agree to the terms and conditions of both the BOSS organization and the online poker platforms used in order to participate.

4. Game Rules

The specific rules of the BOSS are described on the website. Players are required to abide by these rules. Any attempted fraud or abuse may result in disqualification.

5. Privacy

The privacy policy of Pokahnights VZW applies. We do not share your data with third parties and we do not store user data that is not publicly available (such as event results). The organization has the right to change the format and payout of the concept during the challenge.

6. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical failures, nor for any indirect damages resulting from participation in the BOSS.

7. Changes

The organization can stop or change the concept at any time without explanation in case of force majeure.

8. Portrait rights

When participating in BOSS online or live events, there is a possibility that photographs or moving images may be taken. These images and photographs are the property of BOSS and may be used for promotional or other communication purposes on the BOSS channels and website.
